Return Window:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or report an issue.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive an item with a defect or quality issue, please contact us within 14 days at iibekeen@gmail.com with details and photo evidence. After review and management approval, we offer two resolution options:
50% Partial Refund (Keep the Item): You may choose to keep the product and receive a 50% refund of the item's purchase price. No return shipment is required.
Full Refund (Return to Warehouse): You can return the product directly to our supplier’s warehouse to receive a 100% full refund.
Important Return Instructions:
Return Address: All returned items must be sent directly to our supplier/warehouse address provided by our support team, not to our registered legal office address. You must contact us at iibekeen@gmail.com first to receive the correct return address.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
